Return and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re always here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a refund. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. It may take up to 2 weeks to process a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days,
- The product is not used,
- The product is in its original packaging.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from shampookingdom.com.
Sales Tax and Duty
Any sales tax and duties charged for purchases made outside Turkey cannot be refunded.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

NO RETURNS or REFUNDS WILL OCCUR WITHOUT A ORDER NUMBER.
No refunds for SHAMPOO KINGDOM products not purchased from this website.
After receiving a Return Authorization Number please include it on the shipping label along with your name and the business name (if a business purchase) on the return box.
